Femme4Tech was born out of a vision to bridge the gender gap in technology and empower women in conflict-affected areas in particular Sudan. Founded by Doaa Hussien Marshal , Femme4Tech provides free, high-quality technology training to Sudanese women and Africa and displaced communities. We believe that education is the key to financial independence, and we work tirelessly to equip women with the digital skills they need to build careers, start businesses, and improve their lives.

Since 2021, our journey has been fueled by passion, resilience, and a deep commitment to making technology education accessible to all women, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances. From teaching graphic design, UX/UI, web development, and computer literacy to offering business support for women entrepreneurs, Femme4Tech is dedicated to creating real opportunities for women to thrive.

In 2024, Femme4Tech became an officially registered nonprofit organization in France, marking a major milestone in our mission to empower women through technology and entrepreneurship. This step allows us to expand our impact, reach more women, and secure the resources needed to sustain our programs.

Since our founding, we have been dedicated to providing free tech education, digital business training, and career development opportunities for women, especially those in conflict-affected areas. Now, as a recognized nonprofit, we can scale our efforts, collaborate with more partners, and change even more lives.

Our Achievements

✅ Empowered Women to Achieve Financial Independence

Two graduates of our graphic design course secured jobs, escaping abusive environments and gaining financial control over their lives.

✅ Trained Hundreds of Women in Tech Skills

Femme4Tech has provided free courses in graphic design, UX/UI, coding, and digital business skills to hundreds of women across Sudan, Egypt, Uganda, and France.

✅ Supporting Women Entrepreneurs

We launched a new project to help women start and grow their businesses by providing training in business planning, branding, and digital marketing.

✅ Breaking Language Barriers in Tech

We teach in native languages to ensure that displaced women and those with limited education can learn effectively.

✅ Creating a Supportive Community

Through our online platform and local workshops, we’ve built a safe space where women can learn, connect, and support each other in their professional journeys.

Supporting Women Entrepreneurs

At Femme4Tech, we believe that financial independence is key to women's empowerment. That’s why we launched a project dedicated to helping women start and grow their businesses by providing training in business planning, branding, and digital marketing.

Our Impact So Far:

✅ We have successfully trained 50 women in Kampala, Uganda, equipping them with the skills to build sustainable businesses, work as freelancers, and secure financial stability.

We are now on a mission to empower 500 women across different regions in 2025, but we can’t do it alone!

Our Next Steps:

Saudi Arabia – Training 30 women in business and digital skills.

France – Expanding support to women in vulnerable situations.

Egypt – Reaching more women who seek financial independence.
